To refill:
Simply pull the pod out, remove the rubber plug, add e-liquid and then close the rubber plug firmly back in place.

Depending on how many cigarettes you smoke, we recommend using the following strength e-liquids with this kit:
1 to 9 Cigarettes a day - Choose 3mg traditional nicotine
10 to 20 Cigarettes a day - Choose 6mg traditional nicotine or 10mg Nic Salt
20+ Cigarettes a day - Choose 12mg traditional nicotine or 20mg Nic Salt
10 to 20 Cigarettes a day - Choose 6mg traditional nicotine or 10mg Nic Salt
20+ Cigarettes a day - Choose 12mg traditional nicotine or 20mg Nic Salt
